Work with me

I offer private, confidential Counselling and Psychotherapy in-person and online. 


I generally see clients for 1 hour sessions, at the same time on a weekly basis. 


  • In-person sessions are £60, payable by cash/card at reception.

  • Online sessions are £55, payable by transfer in advance of the session.

The therapy I offer is open-ended, generally lasting between six sessions to one year or more, depending on the concerns and goals for therapy.


Short-term counselling can be useful when focussing on a specific issue or life event. Longer-term psychotherapy may be more suitable for making changes at a more profound level.

The first step is to arrange an introductory session, to provide an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the issues which have brought you to therapy and agree a way forward.
